As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and support business growth initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Utilize outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by assessing client needs and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to support RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Lead Generation & Pre-Sales, preferably in IT services or digital solutions.
  • Proven expertise in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and sales prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to business development strategies
