At InnoWave, we are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for desktops, laptops, and network equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on desktops and laptops, including cleaning, formatting, part replacement, and upgrades.
  • Install and update software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functionality of equipment.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and manage email accounts (Outlook, Office 365), including permissions, password resets, and distribution lists.
  • Manage and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and patch panels.
  • Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including user account management and network configuration.
  • Perform backups, disk cloning, and creation of Windows images.
  • Manage IT inventory and stock using GLPI and other relevant tools.
  • Provide support for network-related issues, including DHCP, DNS, and IP configuration.
  • Set up and configure workstations, including hardware and software installation and printer mapping.


Skills
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, IP).
  • Experience with virtualization tools such as VirtualBox and Citrix Virtual Desktop.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions like Acronis Backup.
  • Ability to manage and configure Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (C1 level proficiency in English).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional training in IT and networking from institutions such as Master.D, IEFP, Rumos, and Actual Training.
  • Experience with ticket management systems like WebAccess and EasyVista.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website creation using Wix and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp).
  • Basic understanding of NAS systems and firmware updates.
