Pre-Sales Consultant (Enterprise sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Presales Consultant to join our growing team. Working closely with the Sales and Product Management teams, the Presales Consultant will play a key role in driving technical engagements with prospects and customers. This includes conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) validations, and assisting in qualification and solutioning discussions.

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, technically sound, and able to translate business needs into compelling product presentations and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to qualify opportunities, provide presales technical support, and assist in defining appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct technical proof-of-concepts (POC), demonstrations, and tailored presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Support the creation and refinement of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation.
  • Own or co-own Bill of Materials (BOM) development based on customer requirements and product configurations.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of POC events and technical validations.
  • Assist senior consultants in delivering training sessions to partners and clients.
  • Engage in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences when required.
  • Keep current on product knowledge, solution updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

    Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role.
  • Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Strong technical understanding of software solutions and the ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with product demonstrations and client engagements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
