We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in the IT services industry and a strong grasp of outbound prospecting, campaign execution, and CRM tools. Your primary goal will be to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for business development in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email databases, online directories, and events.
- Execute outbound email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or demos with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and tailor outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update the lead pipeline on CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track and report KPIs related to lead generation and conversion rates.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated via the website, campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification methodologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with international markets (US/Europe/Middle East).
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and sales funnels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Presales).
