We are seeking a hybrid profile that combines data engineering, data analysis, and business understanding. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Data Engineer / Analyst
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within a Databricks environment
- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into data solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports
Skills
- Experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data processing tools to work within Databricks
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and business-oriented thinking
- Ability to gather and document requirements (Business Analyst component)
- Understanding of business processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience translating business needs into practical solutions
