Finance Assistant
Responsibilities
- Processing clients invoices
- Processing suppliers invoices
- Analyzing & launching treasury movements
- Reconciliation of bank statements & accounts
- Management of relationships with clients & suppliers
- Preparing monthly and annual financial & accounting reports
Skills
- Minimum of 2-year work experience as a Finance Assistant
- Degree level education in Accounting and Finance or similar, preferable with a TOC certification
- Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills
- An analytical mind, with an aptitude toward problem-solving skills
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Good team management skills
- Dynamic attitude and enthusiastic when working in a team
- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
