We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in machine learning, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Perform statistical analyses to extract insights and support business strategies.
- Visualize and communicate results to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven approaches for business problems.
- Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and algorithm design.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
