InnoWave is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (IEFP) to join our Talent Acquisition team and support our recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about the full recruitment lifecycle, coordination of talent programs, and engagement with universities and young professionals. This is a hybrid position in Lisbon.


Talent Acquisition Internship (IEFP) 

Responsibilities 
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV screening to interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist in the coordination of InnoWave Academies and internship programs, ensuring a smooth candidate and participant experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including the Ambassador Program, career fairs, university workshops, and open days.
  • Help manage and update data in the ATS (Freshteams) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Collaborate on content creation and campaigns to promote InnoWave as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvements and candidate experience initiatives.

Skills
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar areas (final year or recent graduate).
  • Interest in recruitment, talent development, and employer branding.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and social media.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
