We are seeking a skilled Azure IT Support Specialist to manage infrastructure provisioning and support in a dynamic cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure services, infrastructure management, and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. Azure certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
1. Azure Infrastructure Management:
- Provision, configure, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Azure services including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, Networking, and Backup & Recovery.
- Implement and monitor security best practices, including identity management and access control.
2. Power Platform Development:
- Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports.
- Collaborate with teams to identify business process improvements and implement automation solutions.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 2 and 3 IT support for Azure services and Power Platform applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
4. Automation & Optimization:
- Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using tools like ARM, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Azure resources.
5. ITIL Framework Implementation:
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Ensure IT services align with business requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
6. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Generate performance and utilization reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud services and Power Platform.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional)
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (optional)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (optional)
Technical Skills:
- Azure core services: VM, Networking, Azure AD, Storage.
- Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Azure CLI.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.
