Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Adhere to project plans and timelines, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (Omniscripts) and catalog migrations.
- Experience and knowledge in Telco related business and practices, such as TM Forum (SID).
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g. OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, Communications Cloud) (nice to have).
- Experience in SQL and database tools (nice to have).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
