InnoWave is looking for a Integration Consultant specialising in Apigee that will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing API solutions that enable seamless integration across various systems and applications.
Integration Consultant
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage API proxies using Apigee to facilitate integration between systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and develop tailored API solutions.
- Implement API security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct integration assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs with backend systems.
- Document API configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Integration Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Apigee.
- Strong knowledge of API design and development using Apigee.
- Expertise in API security, including OAuth, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Apigee Certified API Engineer) are a plus.
- IoT experience is a plus.
