Junior Salesforce Consultant
Responsibilities
Start your consulting career on a platform that’s reshaping the telco and digital services landscape through Salesforce.
Follow a structured Salesforce training path with hands-on coaching and certification support.
Complete an intensive Salesforce Communications Cloud learning journey (OmniStudio fundamentals to project-ready proficiency).
Design and build OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors following best practices for modularity and maintainability.
Support configuration for Order Management flows, including product catalog, cart, order capture, orchestration, and fallout handling.
Contribute to user stories within Scrum or Kanban teams: refinement, estimation, implementation, testing, and demos.
Work within a mature engineering ecosystem using Agile methodologies, Jira, Git, code reviews, and SDLC best practices.
Use Git with solid branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
Write technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, and QA teams to deliver incremental value to clients.
Skills
Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areas.
0–2 years of experience in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Programming fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming basics.
Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, and HTML/CSS fundamentals.
Understanding of REST APIs and web service principles.
Database and SQL basics with understanding of data modelling.
Git fundamentals including branching, commit history, merging, and pull requests.
Basic understanding of Agile practices (user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint cadence).
Working proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
Interest in Salesforce and consulting career path.
Salesforce exposure (Trailhead, Admin fundamentals, Apex) is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and linting tools is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a growth mindset and curiosity.
Ownership, reliability, and attention to detail in task delivery.
Professionalism, customer empathy, and positive collaboration mindset.
Good time-management within sprint cycles.
