We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant with proven experience in hiring IT professionals across various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, extensive experience in both contract and permanent staffing, and the ability to build and manage a high-quality talent pipeline to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions (contract and permanent) across multiple technologies and roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors, staffing partners, and external agencies to ensure timely closures.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, vendor networks).
- Manage candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
- Lead offer negotiations with candidates, ensuring alignment with budget, internal compensation structures, and candidate expectations.
- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards for accurate reporting.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and innovative hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with a focus on IT hiring.
- Strong network of vendors and contacts within the IT staffing ecosystem.
- Proven experience in handling both contractual and permanent hiring.
- Expertise in offer management and salary negotiations with strong closing skills.
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
